Your booking total comes from Steadlo's published rate and the care time you request. You see it before saving your card, and we charge only after a carer accepts.

Pay after acceptance

Your card is saved securely and charged only after a carer accepts. Payment is then held in escrow until care is complete.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free while Steadlo is still finding a carer because nothing has been charged. After a carer accepts and the card is charged, contact support; the published refund and cancellation terms apply.
